Carlos Pérez

Carlos Pérez is a chilean guitarist and composer.
He started his education as a guitarist in young years. Later he sucessfully graduated at the Santiago University at Prof. Ernesto Quezada with honour. Pérez is awardee of several famous guitar competitions in South America and Europe. His concerts led him into many countries in Europe, North- and South America as well as New Zealand. Four CDs with a wide programme are recorded at Prodimus and Opera tres. He also is a composer and arranger since the last years.
He learned about the tonal possibilities of the mandolin at a joined tour in october 2005 with Caterina Lichtenberg through Chile.
